Mitch's new trick is to pull up his pant legs. Not sure if he is trying to tell me he doesn't like his outfit or if he just really loves the color red.

Play gym animals beware

The animals on our play mat better watch out. I caught Mitch trying to eat one of the giraffe legs this morning. And I'm pretty sure Mitch was eyeing the monkey for dessert.

Nate's 5th Birthday Party

This weekend was the celebration of cousin Nate's 5th birthday. Although I forgot to get my camera out for most of the gathering I did get updated pictures of Mitch and cousin Noah.

Excessive clipping?

Whenever Jeff catches me in the act of clipping Mitch's nails he takes the clippers from me and hides them. Jeff is worried I'm cutting Mitch's finger and toe nails too short. For the record, I have not drawn blood recently (only drew a little blood the 2nd time I tried to cut his nails) and claim that Mitch's nails grow really fast. As a solution...I've been clipping when Jeff is not around.

Walla Walla road trip

Spring release time in Walla Walla so Jeff and I hit the road to visit the Myers and their baby girl Eilidh (just 2 weeks younger than Mitch). Mitch was great in the car for the road trip. We only had to stop for him on the way back from WW for a quick feeding and a little awake time.
The Myers were great hosts again (just like they always are). As a bonus Andy's parents were available to babysit on Saturday so we could do some serious wine tasting without the kids in tow.
